Carriage charged on all deliveries is based upon the weight. Delivery on stocked items is approx. 3-5 working days. However if you arrange a day for delivery and the delivery is aborted or failed through no fault of our own, there will be a £50.00 re-delivery charge. We are not liable for late deliveries, lost or damaged items.
We will only accept returns of stocked goods over 50m2 which are in sale-able condition and or in the original packaging. These returns will be subject to a handling fee of 50%. Cut lengths, made-to order products or sold-as-seen goods will not be accepted for return.
